Industry leading training provider, Property Academy is excited to announce the launch of the 2024 Home Moving Trends and Landlord & Renter surveys.

These extensive surveys, now in their 18th year, deliver key insights to estate and lettings agency professionals.

Alongside property market intelligence company, Dataloft and independent expert, Christopher Watkin, Property Academy produces astute analysis of home mover behaviours, including why they chose an agent, their experience and the effect of legislative uncertainty on mover motivation.

Last year, more than 20,000 vendors, buyers, landlords and renters responded to the surveys and the Property Academy team is now encouraging agents to get involved in this year’s data-gathering exercise.

Participation in the Home Moving Trends and Landlord & Renter surveys is free, with Property Academy providing a link and accompanying wording to be sent out to clients.

Managing Director, Danielle Nash said “We were delighted by the number of responses we received last year and are really looking forward to seeing this year’s results.

“If an agent receives over 40 responses, we will share their unique data with them and if they get over 100 responses, we will share their data benchmarked against national results.

We believe the data is invaluable to all agents and can help them improve their business practices across the board, as well as helping them gain a much better insight into the needs of their clients.”

The surveys launch on Wednesday 14th August and will run until Sunday 8th September.
